Chef Christopher Gianfreda’s kitchens have been on islands, US Virgin Islands and Martha’s Vineyard punctuated by time with renowned chefs Jean Georges in NYC, Frank McClelland of L’Espalier in Boston, and Donald Link & Susan Spicer in New Orleans. He is currently the Chef at the Outermost Inn on Martha’s Vineyard where he has been the last 3 years. His food reflects his travels with a little Caribbean and Southern flare while using modern techniques and seasonal ingredients.

 A San Francisco native, Noah worked for such Bay Area notables as, Moose’s for Lance Dean Velasquez, Roti and Bix for Cindy Pawlcyn, LaFolie for Roland Passo and Alain Rondelli. After staging thru France and Spain for two years. Noah opened his first of three restaurants in Gainesville FL. Brasserie G- Bistro 1245-Sirius. Noah moved to Martha’s Vineyard looking for a larger platform for his talents. After stints at Sweetlife and Dentente, Noah contributed with Christian Thornton as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to bring Atria to great levels of success and regional/national acclaim. An avid fisherman, Noah lives in the Florida Keys during Winter doing private work and spending as much time on the water as possible.
